This is a delicious and super quick melt n mix allergy friendly and gluten free chocolate slice. I often make it up for when we need to take a plate to BBQs or parties. Although be warned this will disappear quickly. Let me know what you think in the comments below.
* I used Leda choc chip biscuits for this recipe. Available at supermarkets in the health food section. They do contain soy. Always be sure to check ingredient labels

You will need …
- 1 cup Sunflower seed butter (See Notes Below)
- 75 grams Coconut Oil
- 150 grams Choc chips
- 100 grams Seeds toasted
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 100 grams Allowable biscuits crushed
What To Do …
- In a small saucepan, gently heat sunflower paste, coconut oil, chocolate chips and maple syrup. Stir occasionally until heated through. When mixture is smooth, remove from heat.
- Stir in crushed biscuits.
- Pour into a slice dish. Place in fridge until almost set, aprox 30 minutes.
- Remove and cut into pieces. Return to the fridge until needed.
