We begin by covering the Foundational Basics to good health and wellness - Clean Eating, Sugar and Gut and Immune Health. So many people skip ahead and wonder why they don't get the transformation they seek. There are no shortcuts to good health. These fundamental topics are key for you to achieve your health goals.

Clean Eating: In our first month together, we learn what it means to eat clean. You will learn how to become a label detective and you will understand exactly what foods are holding you back and how you can replace them. My clean eating plan helps support the body to alkalise, eliminate toxins, control candida, balance hormones, improve energy levels and sleep patterns. You will find that once you start eating healthier you will start feeling a lot better.

Sugar: There are so many reasons why having excess sugar in your diet is bad for your health. Some of the top reasons are digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, foggy brain, and skin issues. These can all be linked to too much sugar in your diet. Sugar consumption leaches minerals and nutrients from the body and a lot of Inflammation, mood swings, fatigue, and weight gain can all be signs of eating too much sugar.

Gut and Immune Health: In our 3rd month together we cover Gut Health and Immunity. I will help you understand the basics of your gut and how to keep yourself healthy. I'll help you to understand where to start when healing your gut, and will share how I help my clients with lasting changes and freedom from constant digestive and immune issues

Sonya brings over 20 years of experience cooking for restrictive diets. She has helped her son heal from severe eczema and multiple life threatening food allergies - including dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, rice, corn, oats, soy, chicken, fish, shellfish, potatoes, peas, peaches and mangoes. Her daughter also suffered with eczema and food sensitivities.
